Bartender
An enthusiastic, cheerful, and creative bartender who can provide a positive guest experience by exceeding customers’ needs and expectations by creating both classic and innovative drinks.

- Minimum of High School diploma or relevant professional experience in the field.
- Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages for bar and restaurant patrons.
- Engage patrons with a friendly but professional demeanour.
- Prepare classic drinks and innovative drinks with a local flare.
- Assess customers’ needs and preferences and make recommendations.
- Create a modern, diverse, and exciting bar menu.
- Manage bar inventory and supplies.
- Comply with local laws as it pertains to the selling of alcohol.
- Maintains a clean, organized, and stocked bar.
- Uses bar equipment appropriately and ensures they are safely managed and stored.
- Proven working experience as a Bartender.
- Excellent knowledge of mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks
- Computer literacy and use of POS system
- Bilingual (English & Spanish)
- Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
- Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked and clean.
- Relevant training certificates
Accounting Manager
The Accounting Manager will plan for and direct all accounting activities of Roaring River Golf & Accommodations (RRGA)

- BS degree in Accounting or Finance
- Oversees all accounting staff who are responsible for financial reporting, billing, collections, payroll, and budget preparation.
- Establishes internal controls and guidelines for accounting transactions and budget preparation.
- Responsible for the preparation of business activity reports, financial forecasts, and annual budgets.
- Prepares financial reports in accordance with accounting principles/financial standards.
- Reviews all monthly and annual tax reports and finalizes these for submission.
- Conducts audits of accounts to ensure compliance with local regulations and
coordinates with external auditors for annual external audits. - Provides financial analysis for capital investments, pricing decisions and contract negotiations.
- Proven working experience as an Accountant for 3-5 years
- Proficiency in MS Suite and QuickBooks
- Proven knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles, practices, standards, laws
and regulations - High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to direct and supervise staff
